What we collect

If you send the contact form or an email, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to give us. We use that only to reply and, if you ask, to discuss a piece of work.

The site may also collect standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages viewed) through hosting, which are used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies. A preference for light or dark theme may be stored in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up work, then deleted in the ordinary course of housekeeping.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@becreative.ie.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. We only share them with people who help us run the company (for example an email host) and only as needed to answer you or meet a legal duty.
